Poor Design, more oven than grill : Holland Companion PROPANE Portable Grill, No Flare-up BBQ Grill

I gave it 4 stars in my orig post, only because i ran out of gas in the middle of cooking fish using those little tanks. Before i ever purchased this, I knew it would be a question with these little gas tanks. Well, it stopped before it was done. That was the bad side, it was only warm when i went to take the fish off. I found other tank, put it on, started it up, cooked for other 10 minutes. Figured the fish would be ruined, but it wasn't, it was perfect. Beats me how come, but the fish came out good then it ever has when i have Bbq'D. I am ordering the conversion hose so i can slap on a real propane tank. My feeling is it should come with one, even if the cost is other $15.00. But, I'm very satisfied with the unit, great little Bbq, well made, and most importantly, it works as advertised.
I changed to 5 stars, it has been working for a long time, and now that I know how to use it, makes a big difference. I also bought a small propane tank and it works great, I advise you bypass the little tanks and bite the bullet for a larger tank which can also be filled roughly anywhere.
